Chad Orvella has signed a minor league deal with the Royals, according to USA Today.
Our View
The 38-year-old vet was released by the Rays back in June due to a poor 6.12 ERA over 32.1 innings with Triple-A Durham. Kansas City sent him to Double-A Northwest Arkansas, and Orvella should continue to be ignored in fantasy leagues.
